This includes data we manage when providing services to you as a Client, as well as when you apply as a Candidate for job opportunities with our clients.

For Candidates, we gather data through various channels, including job applications submitted via our website, email correspondence, personal interviews and telephone  calls, text messages, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn. For Clients, we collect information through personal meetings and email communications. This comprehensive approach ensures that we have the necessary details to deliver tailored and efficient services.

    From prospective and existing Candidates, we collect:
    · Personal Identification Information: including full name, address, city of residence, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, nationality, applicable work permits, and social media profiles. 
    · Employment Information: comprises your CV, cover letters, current and previous employers, employment history and periods, job titles, duties, hierarchical level, job types, salary and benefits, availability to travel, referee details, and any other employment-related data. 
    · Academic & Professional Qualifications: covers your educational details, academic institution attended, years of study, mode of study, grades, qualifications, references, validity of licenses, license renewals and transcripts.
    From prospective and existing Clients, we collect:
    · Company’s name, registration certificate, office address, telephone number, business email address, contact person name/title, authorised signatory, and the specific requirements for each project.
     

  4. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:
    · Evaluate your application for employment opportunities with our Clients.
    · Contact you via email, SMS, or telephone about specific employment opportunities we believe may interest you.
    · Keep you informed about relevant updates as deemed necessary.
    · Maintain our business relationship with you as a Client or Candidate.
    · Enhance our services, website performance, and overall user experience.
    · Prepare internal reports and analyses.
    · Fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.

    We share your information with:
    · Clients for potential job opportunities, with your prior consent. Our Clients are bound by confidentiality clauses with us to ensure your information is protected.
    · Third-party service providers, IT support, or data storage providers.
    · Regulatory authorities, if required by law.

    We process and store all personal data securely and only for as long as necessary. Data is archived for up to 2 years if the applicant is placed with a job role or for up to 2 years if the applicant is not yet placed with a job role but may be presented with other suitable opportunities that may become available during this period and in accordance with the applicable legal rights of the applicants under the law. We will retain your data for as long as you permit or as required by law. If you request the removal of your data, we will comply within a reasonable timeframe, retaining only the information needed for legal reasons, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements. We transfer your information to our Clients only with your consent and always safeguard your rights under GDPR.

    Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
    · Access: You have the right to request copies of the personal data we hold about you.
    · Rectification: If any of the information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request corrections or updates at any time.
    · Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable regulations and laws. Please note that requesting deletion is total and irreversible, meaning we will also lose any record of you having been on our systems.
